At what point do we stop making people equal?

No person is equal with any other. Oh I agree they should be treated equal All I'm saying is that no one is an equal to another. I don't hire thin skinny people to do heavy lifting and I don't hire high school dropouts to do my books. This is my proof that no one is equal.
