Do you know any bubble tea houses in or near the Mission Bay/St Heliers area?

I'm in Auckland, New Zealand and I'm wanting to know if there are any places that sell bubble tea (pearl milk tea etc) near or in Mission Bay/St Heliers/Kohimarama (such as EasyWays or Momo Tea). The closest one to me is Meadowlands and I hate having to drive that far to get it hahaha!
