What does the Bible say concerning Mercy?
holy bible very much advocate ...mercy ....but big powers are not conforming to it ....there is terrible starvations .....damages ...made the globe fireball by them ......no sign of mercy ......expoliting the poors ....underdeveloped ....and so on ....hence its need of time ..that big powers must abide the bible s teaching of humanity ...and mercy ....
