Tell me about ROTC in college please!!?

What is the Dodmerb physical examination like for ROTC? Is Dodmerb very picky like flat feet disqualification and other bs like that? Also, what is the field training like for Air Force ROTC? I have heard by some that it is a cakewalk and by others that it is near hell..? Also, what is the physical training and the leadership labs like for ROTC? Do you give a lot of speeches and stuff? Is Air Force ROTC very competitive? I am well spoken and willing to bust my *** for this and have met with a ROTC recruiter but he wasn't very specific! someone please help me and be specific! I would greatly appreciate it! :)
