Who Declined Joining the New Avengers?!?!!? Please Answer!!!!!?

Daredevil declined because he didn't want to tarnish the reputations of the others since his life went down the drain after he revealed his identity to the world. Captain America was the one that decided to form the New Avengers and Luke Cage was a member so it definitely wasn't them.
