Nettle sting is really hurting!?
The first thing you need to do is clean the affected area by using a clean form of wipe such as a cloth, towel etc. It is preferable to dab at the affected area then rub it as it may intensify the pain. The longer you leave it, the worse the pain may get, so make sure to treat it as quickly as you can. Once you have cleaned it, apply some aloe vera gel which acts as an anti inflammatory. The best advice I can give after that is to not expose it to much so it stays clean. After that, painkillers such as paracetamol may be of use to you if the pain intensifies and 'anti-itch' drugs such as antihistamine creams may provide you with symptom relief.
