Atlanta: Trying to find my roommate an apartment..HELP!?

I currently live in Atlanta and my best friend has been living with me for a year now. I recently started a relationship and would like some privacy in my aprtment. My best friend makes good money now at his job and needs to get his own place. Problem is: He has a felony from another state (Texas)...and his credit is only decent, I think he said 660 or something like that. Does anyone know of any apartments that will rent to him in the Atlanta downtown, midtown or ga tech area? He wants to be close to his job...Thanks
