First Time Tanning?

Im going to start tanning soon and i wanted to know some thing i live in nova scotia glace bay and i called my local tanning place and it cost 5$ to tan for one time and i got tanning lotion is there anything eles i would need? And one more thing im 15 and do i haft to get my parents to sign papers or call and get permission for me to go? Thanks if there is anything eles i need to know please tell me!
