For college and university students, question about Blackboard...?

The professor of my current cl says she created a course on Blackboard where she posted a syllabus and some doents. Now usually when I logon to Blackboard the courses I am registered for (that use Blackboard) are there automatically, but this one is not. Is there something where I need to click on to see this cl? I cannot for the life of me figure out why it is not showing up. If it helps, I am using Blackboard Academic Suite (7.1.467.26)....
