Galileo's "E pur si muove", what would have been the spelling for this at the time?

In Italy we have many dialects, that differ from region to region, sometimes from city to city, and that sentence is still spelled the same right now in the Tuscan dialect:" E pur si move". In proper Italian is:" Eppure si muove", which, as you said, in English it translate into "And yet it moves".
