Is the hydro moles tobacco free shisha good for you?

There have been no actual studies saying one way or the other. Like normal tobacco shisha, it has no added chemicals, tar or carcinogens. The problem arises with what is used to substitute tobacco, Sugar Cane Bage. Now Sugar Cane Bage has caused lung issues in Sugar Cane Plants because of breathing in fibers of the Bage during the process. But since that is impossible to recreate on a hookah, don't worry. The problem is no one knows the side effects of smoking Sugar Cane Bage. No research has been done as of today. So it could be worse in some ways that tobacco isn't, or it could be a lot safer. But keep in mind you are still smoking. There is no smoking that is 100% safe.
