My Chihuahua is vicious (PLEASE HELP)?

small dogs aren't really "vicious" but they can be aggressive, did you know how well the breeder was? if he was a backyard breeder or a good breeder. a good breeder keeps the dogs until 17 weeks for it to acquaintance with its brothers and sisters. if the dog spends to little time without socializing with its fellow siblings, it can cause a dog to be aggressive or vicious.
