Okay so there is white poison powder for the insects in my apartment everywhere!!?

I'm almost 17 weeks pregnant, is that okay for me to be around?? We can't clean it all up cuz the owner put it behind the stove, under the vanity set in my room. So I need to know if this is okay for me to be around?? The owner don't want to clean it and he don't know too much english. What do you think the name of this is Borax?? My doc said okay but my hubby told him baking soda and it aint baking soda!
