What is the equivalent exchange rate of a dollar to NT?

We are supposed to go to No. 163 Sec 1 Union Century Building, Keelung Road,Taipei to take the Nclex Exam this coming February. And we would like to look for a cheap hotels that will cost at least $70-$50 near that place. Website given for CYH not working can anyone give us another website of CYH. The plan was to look for a hotel from the airport but the travelling agency advised us that before going to Taipei we should have already a hotel and its address where we will stay.
