What is the velocity of the person and table at the end of the contraction?

Problem: When the left ventricle of the heart contracts, there is a net displacement of blood toward the head. Suppose a person lies on a horizontal table which can move frictionlessly and that is initially at rest. in a contraction lasting 0.2 s, 0.8 kg of blood is pumped 0.1 m. The m of the person plus table is 80 kg. What is the velocity of the person and table at the end of the contraction?
