What is Wii DVD Tool ISO Loader 0 2 WinALL-SYNDiCATE?

A modified version of Erant's dvdtool has been released by SYNDiCATE which loads backups on the Wii. To use this tool you need to build the serial cable as described in the original dvdtool release and have a PC load the code into the DVD drive RAM between each iso/disc load.
