How much is too much to spend on a purse?

There are so many bags out in the world that cost more than that- trust me. & if you really think about how much you're going to use it, (are you gonna wear it when you're shopping, traveling and charming the world, parties, walking around the house) or just leave it in your closet till there are little dust bunnies around it? I'm thinking about getting this cute little romper that's about 50 bucks myself. ;D and think about if you always spend this much. You obviously don't cause of the rainy day fund (really good idea to save up btw) & if you don't splurge everyday like a flippin shopoholic- then get it. you'll feel glad you did later?
