Is Rochester Institute of Technology a good deal for Computer Engg.?

I am in the twelfth grade in India. Seeking good colleges for Comp. Engg. I have got a 1370 in SAT(Maths+CR). I am interested in RIT, Iowa State Univ, Ohio State Univ, University of Arizona, Arizona State Univ. Can any current student or a former graduate from these univs give me a feedback regarding these colleges and what are my chances in these as an international student?
